The present criminal revision has been filed with prayer to set aside the order dated 19.11.2025 passed by learned Additional Session Judge, Court No.1, Jalaun at Orai in Session Trial No.163 of 2024 (State of Uttar Pradesh vs. Kailash) in Case Crime No.111 of 2024, under Section 103(1) B.N.S.,2023, Police Station Rampura, District Jalaun and allow the application dated 11.08.2025 submitted by the revisionist under Section 358 B.N.S.S., 2023 and the opposite party no.2 to 6 be summoned in the aforesaid case.
