The present criminal revision has been filed to quash the order dated 5.1.2026, passed by Special Judge (POCSO Act)/Additional Session Judge, Ghaziabad, in Criminal Appeal No.297 of 2025 and the order dated 30.9.2025, passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Ghaziabad in Case Crime No.281 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of BNS, Police Station Ankur Vihar, District Ghaziabad. Learned counsel for the revisionist submits: (i) admittedly, the applicant was a juvenile aged about 13 years, 8 months and 10 days on the date of alleged incident; He is in jail since 24.7.2025.
