Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A. for the State. The present criminal revision has been filed to quash the order dated 12.12.2025 passed by A.S.J./ Special Court, POCSO-I, Prayagraj in Juvenile Appeal No. 170 of 2025 and the order dated 18.10.2025 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Khuldabad, Prayagraj in Case Crime No. 107 of 2025 under Sections 3(5), 103(2) B.N.S., Police Station Sarai Mamrej, District Prayagraj. Learned counsel for the revisionist submits: (i) admittedly, the revisionist was not named in the FIR and he was a juvenile aged about 17 years and 5 months on the date of alleged incident; He is in reformatory house sinc
