This writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the first information report dated 18.12.2025 giving rise to Case Crime No. 0314 of 2025 under Sections 191(2), 118(1), 115(2), 351(2), 351(3), 352, 131 and 109 (1) B.N.S., P.S. Kharkhauda, District Meerut. 2. There are cross FIRs lodged in this case by both sides. The impugned FIR that has been lodged by respondent no. 5 has led to injuries being sustained by Pradeep on the informant's side. He has sustained three injuries. A lacerated wound 6 cm x.5 cm x bone deep just over the right side of the head, 3 cm above the right eyebrow. An abraded contused swelling 4 cm x 3 cm over the left side of the head, 10 cm above the left ear. This injury has been advised for an X-ray.
