By means of the instant writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has challenged validity of an order dated 16.05.2016 passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Raniganj, District Pratapgarh in Case No. 19/12/09/2014 under Section 133 Cr.P.C. titled Udai Raj & Ors. v. Magan Lal & Anr., whereby the Sub Divisional Magistrate has directed the petitioner not to create any obstacle in a old village passage.
