Heard Sri Shanker Lal Pandey, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Arvind Kumar Tripathi, the learned AGA-I for the State of U.P. 2. By means of the instant writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has challenged validity of an order dated 16.05.2016 passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Raniganj, District Pratapgarh in Case No. 19/12/09/2014 under Section 133 Cr.P.C. titled Udai Raj & Ors. v. Magan Lal & Anr., whereby the Sub Divisional Magistrate has directed the petitioner not to create any obstacle in a old village passage. The petitioner had challenged the aforesaid order by filing Criminal Revision No. 189/2016, which has been dismissed by means of a judgment and order dated 18.12.2023 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge/ Special Judge (EC Act), Prat
