The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned order dated 20.01.2026, passed by the Commissioner, Aligarh Division, Aligarh, in Case No.1946 of 2025 (Arvind vs. State of U.P.), under Section 6 of the Uttar Pradesh Control of Goondas Act, 1970, whereby the appeal preferred by the petitioner was dismissed and, consequently, the order dated 10.11.2025, passed by the Additional District Magistrate, Aligarh, in Case No.3102 of 2021 (State vs. Arvind), under Sections 3 and 4 of the Act, was affirmed. The factual matrix is that, on the basis of the following criminal cases, proceedings under Sections 3 and 4 of the Uttar Pradesh Control of Goondas Act, 1970, action was initiated against the petitioner: 1. Case Crime No.234 of 2015, under Section 302 I.P.C., Police Station Chandpa, District Hathras. 2. Case Crime No.142 of 2017, under Section 25 Arms Act, Police Station
