This writ petition has been filed for quashing of the first information report dated 8.4.2026 registered as Case Crime No. 146 of 2026, under Sections 137(2) BNS, Police Station - Hathras Gate, District - Hathras. 4. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the impugned FIR is not only malicious but also an abuse of the process of the Court. In furtherance of aforesaid submission, learned counsel submits that petitioners are major. This fact is evident from the Aadhaar cards of Petitioner No. 1 and Petitioner No. 2, copies of which are on record at pages 35 and 36 of the paper book.
