Meena Devi And 3 Others have approached this Court by means of present Criminal Misc. Writ Petition challenging the impugned FIR dated 16.03.2026 lodged by first informant-respondent-3, Shri Anokhey Lal and registered as Case Crime No. 0053 of 2026, under Sections 352, 115(2), 351(3) of BNS and Sections 3(1)(da), 3(1)(dha), 3(2)(va) of SC/ST (P.A.) Act, Police Station- Ekdil, District- Etawah. 4. Learned counsel for petitioners in support of present writ petition contends that in view of the facts and circumstances as have now crystalized on record, the criminal prosecution of petitioners pursuant to the impugned FIR is not only malicious but also an abuse of the process of C
