HON'BLE TARUN SAXENA, J. In compliance with this Court's order dated 16.04.2026, a sealed cover has been forwarded to us by the Chief Medical Officer, Prayagraj. We have ordered it to be opened by the Bench Secretary, who has laid the contents before us after opening the cover. On going through the contents, we find that it is a report of the Medical Board to ascertain prosecutrix's age, as directed by us. The report of the Medical Board, which comprises three doctors, is supported by the report of a Radiologist and a Dentist. The Radiologist, on the basis of an ossification test, and the Dentist, on the basis of examination of dental structure, have opined in the manner that the Radiologist has opined her to be above 18 years and below 20 years, whereas the Dentist, above 14 years.
