This writ petition has been filed seeking the issue of a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondent nos. 2 to 5 to restrain the Police from raiding the petitioner's house i.e. A-36, MIG, Barra-8, Main Road, Kanpur, District Kanpur Nagar. 2. A personal affidavit has been filed by the Commissioner of Police, Kanpur Nagar, wherein the substance of the stand, that he has taken, is that the petitioner's son, Sandeep Tomar has been convicted in Crime No. 126 of 2013, under Section 304-B I.P.C., P.S. Abohar, District Fazilka in the State of Punjab by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fazilka and his appeal has been dismissed by the Punjab and Haryana High Court vide judgemen
