This writ petition has been filed seeking the issue of a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondent nos. 2 to 5 to restrain the Police from raiding the petitioner's house i.e. A-36, MIG, Barra-8, Main Road, Kanpur, District Kanpur Nagar. 2. Heard Mr. Ashutosh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner at substantial length in support of the writ petition and learned AGA for the State. 3. A personal affidavit has been filed by the Commissioner of Police, Kanpur Nagar, wherein the substance of the stand, that he has taken, is that the petitioner's son, Sandeep Tomar has been convicted in Crime No. 126 of 2013, under Section 304-B I.P.C., P.S.
