Petitioners-Monika and Another have approached this Court by means of present Criminal Misc. Writ Petition challenging the FIR dated 1.3.2026 lodged by first informant-respondent-4, Sunil Kumar and registered as Case Crime No. 84 of 2026, under Sections 305, 123 of BNS, Police Station-Hathras Kotwali, District-Hathras. 4. Present writ petition came up for admission on 23.4.2026 and this Court passed the following order :- "1.
