The instant writ petition seeks quashing of the first information report dated 04.11.2025, registered as Case Crime No.0481 of 2025, under Sections 3/5/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 and Section 11 Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, Police Station Mundha Pandey, District Moradabad. 3. As per the allegations made in the impugned first information report, it is alleged that on 04.11.2025, on receiving a telephonic information, the police party reached agricultural field of Musahid s/o Shabbir situated in village Daulari at 16:35 hours on which popular trees were planted and made search for remains of bovine animal and from his field, skin of one part of bovine animal was found lying there and skin, head and other
