The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following reliefs: "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the first information report dated 6.3.2026 registered as Case Crime No. 0019 of 2026, under Section 316(5) BNS, P.S. Unj, District- Bhadohi. (ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance to the F.I.R. which is registered as Case Crime No. 0019 of 2026, under Section 316(5) BNS, P.S. Unj, District- Bhadohi. (iii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the concerned respondent's authority to not adopt any coercive measure against the petitioner in the above mentioned case.
