Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with the prayer to quash the impugned FIR dated 21.02.2026 arising out of Case Crime No. 0021 of 2026, under Section 409 IPC, Police Station Narahi, District Ballia. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are wholly innocent and have been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has next submitted that from the allegations made in the FIR, prima facie no offence whatsoever is disclosed against the petitioners and as such, the impugned FIR is liable to be quashed. 5.
