Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to quash the impugned F.I.R. dated 8.3.2026 giving rise to Case Crime No. 42 of 2026, under Section 8/20 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station Rajgarh, District Mirzapur. 3. Perusal of the impugned F.I.R. shows that the F.I.R. in the instant case has been registered on the basis of recovery of 2.190 Kg (2Kg and 190gm) Ganja and as per the allegation made therein, it is alleged that on 8.3.2026 while the police party was on patrolling duty near the Nadihar trisection, informer reached there and informed the police that one person having Ganja in a bag has reached Nadihar Bazar for selling the Ganja at the licensee shop of Bhang. Relying upon the said information, the police party proceeded toward
