This writ petition is directed against the F.I.R. dated 10.04.2025 giving rise to Case Crime No.28 of 2025, under Section 137(2) of B.N.S., Police Station Ekauna, District Deoria. In compliance of our order dated 09.04.2026, the young couple have appeared before us, who are said to be the first and the second petitioner.
