Writ Petition challenging the F.I.R. dated 16.4.2025, lodged by first informant-4 Akhilesh Tiwari and registered as Case Crime No. 095 of 2025, under sections 318(4), 316(2), 61(2) BNS, Police Station- Kotwali, District- Kanpur Nagar.
