Petitioner-Ravindra Kumar has approached this Court by means of present Criminal Misc. Writ Petition challenging the F.I.R. dated 28.09.2025 lodged by first informant/respondent-4, Pradeep Tyagi and registered as Case Crime No. 0328 of 2025 under Section 409 I.P.C., Police Station-Sihani Gate, Police Commissionerate Ghaziabad (Annexure -1 to the writ petition). 4. Learned counsel for petitioner in challenge to the impugned F.I.R. submits that criminal prosecution of petitioner pursuant to the impugned F.I.R. is unsustainable in law and fact.
