Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner Mr. Sanjay Kumar Mishra and Mr. Shashi Shekhar Tiwari, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the State. 3. In compliance with the order dated 02.04.2026, the prosecutrix is present before us brought by Lady Constable Sumita (PNO 982321559), Posted at P.S. Hata Kotwali, District Kushinagar, who has identified her. We proceed to record her statement about the facts relating to the issue involved here viva voce : Q- आपका नाम? A- The prosecurtix.
