Aforementioned impleadment application has been filed by petitioner to implead the named accused as party respondent in present writ petition. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner in support of aforementioned impleadment application submits that since named accused are necessary and proper parties in present writ petition but due to inadvertence, they were not impleaded as party respondents in present writ petition, accordingly, petitioner has filed aforementioned impleadment application seeking to implead the named accused as party respondents in present writ petition. 5.
