Heard Mr. Anuj Kumar Gupta, learned Counsel for the petitioners at great length in support of the motion to admit this petition to hearing, Mr. Darwari Lal, learned Counsel, appearing on behalf of respondent no. 3 and Mr. Deepak Mishra, learned Additional Government Government, appearing for the State respondents. 2. The petitioners have come up with a prayer seeking to quash the impugned FIR giving rise to Case Crime No. 514 of 2025, under Sections 308(6) and 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station - Kotwali, District - Bareilly. 3. A reading of the FIR shows that the informant prima facie was allured into a friendship by the first petitioner Raziya Ali alias Raziya Khan on the pretext that her husband was paralyzed and asked to lend some money for paying her son's fee and other expenses.
