She has been identified by Mr. Pawan Kumar, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 5, the prosecutrix, on the basis of papers produced in his chambers. We proceed to record her stand in the matter : Q- आपका नाम? A- गरिमा। Q- आपके पिता जी का नाम? A- लाल बाबू। Q- ये आकाश कौन है? A- ये ही हैं। (Referring to the first petitioner, who is also present in Court) Q- आप इन्हें जानती हैं? A- हाँ गाँव का है। Q- आप इनसे शादी की है? A- नहीं। Q- आप इनके साथ अपनी मर्जी से रहती थी? (This question was put to the prosecutrix, showing her, her signature appended to her statement recorded under Section 183 Bharat
