Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar Mishra, the petitioner in-person, Sri Asif Mohammad, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.4 to 7 and learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. The present petition has been filed seeking following main relief:- "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby directing to police authority to lodge the First Information Report against the opposite party no- 4 to 7 pursuance to the application moved by the petitioner by speed post, in the interest of justice." 4. The petitioner submits that he had attempted to lodge the First Information Report against the private opposite parties, but the F.I.R. was not lodged, hence this petition. 5.
