The present petition has been filed seeking following main relief:- "I) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding opposite parties particularly opposite party no.2 and 3 to registered the First Information Report in the light of judgment and Lalita Kumari vs Government of Uttar Pradesh AIR 2014 SC 187, in the interest of justice." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had attempted to lodge the First Information Report against the private opposite parties, but the F.I.R. was not lodged, hence this petition. 4.
