To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus, commanding the opposite party no.3 to lodged first information report and take appropriate action against the opp. party no.5 to 7, in the light of Case of Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of U.P. and others, (2014) 2 SCC 1, in the interest of justice." 3.
