Under challenge is the First Information Report dated 17.03.2026 registered as Case Crime No. 0146 of 2026 under Sections 316 (2), 319 (2), 338, 336 (3), 352, 351 (3) of B.N.S, 2023 at Police Station- Colonelganj District- Gonda, a copy of which is annexure 1 to the writ petition. 3.
