There is consensus at bar that with respect to the impugned FIR No.0197 dated 16.06.2026 lodged at Police Station Antu, Pratapgarh a co- accused namely Ajay Mishra has approached this Court by filing CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 847 of 2026 In Re Ajay Mishra vs State of U.P. & Ors and this Court vide order dated 06.02.2026, a copy of which is Annexure-14 to the petition, had passed a detailed order. It is prayed that benefit of the said order be also extended to the petitioners who are aggrieved with the said FIR. 3. For the sake of convenience order dated 06.02.2026 is reproduced below:- "
