Heard, Shri Yogesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the respondents. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for a direction in the nature of a certiorari, quashing the impugned FIR lodged by respondent no.3 against the petitioner on 04.08.2023 Vide FIR No.0007 of 2023, under Sections 13(1)(b), 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, at Police Station- Lucknow Sector (Vigilance Establishment), District- Lucknow with a further prayer commanding to respondent nos.1 to 4 not to arrest or adopt any coercive measures against the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that in the present case, disciplinary proceedings were conducted at two stages and the petitioner was not found guilty of the charges relating to disproportionate assets. He
