Heard Mr. Ved Prakash Mishra, the learned counsel for petitioners, the learned A.G.A. for State-respondents 1 & 2 and Mr. Vijai Kumar Tiwari, the learned counsel representing first informant-respondent-3. 2. Perused the record. 3. Petitioners-Sudhir and 3 others have approached this Court by means of present criminal misc. writ petition challenging the impugned FIR dated 16.01.2026 lodged by first informant-respondent-3 Smt. Mala and registered as Case Crime No. 05 of 2026, under Sections 333, 115(2), 351(3), 352 BNS, Police Station-Sonakpur, District-Moradabad. 4. Learned counsel for petitioners in support of present writ petition submits that after aforementioned FIR lodged, parties amicably settled their dispute outside the Court. In view of settlement arrived at between the parties, a compromise was entered into
