This writ petition has been filed, seeking to quash the First Information Report ('FIR' for short) dated 14.12.2025, giving rise to Case Crime No. 83 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 87 B.N.S., Police Station Pathra Bazar, District Siddharth Nagar. The first information report was lodged by Jairunnisha, respondent no. 4, who is the mother of the prosecutrix, with a case that her minor daughter, aged about 17 years, has been taken away by blandishment by the first petitioner, Riyaj.
