Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned AGA for the State- respondent nos. 1 & 3. 2. This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 04.12.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0624 of 2025 under Sections 85, 115(2), 351(3) of BNS, 2023 and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 at Police Station P.G.I., Commissionerate Lucknow. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the respondent no. 2 is the
