Heard Mr. Shiv Bahadur Yadav, learned Counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Ghanshyam Kumar, learned Additional Government Advocate-I appearing on behalf of the State. 2. This writ petition is directed against the First Information Report ('FIR' for short) dated 10.07.2024, giving rise to Case Crime No. 192 of 2024, under Sections 85, 115(2), 352, 351(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 ('BNS' for short) and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 ('DP Act' for short), Police Station Badagaon, District Jhansi. 3. The first petitioner, Rinkesh Rajput is the husband and the third respondent (first informant) is the wife. They are an estranged couple. The second petitioner is the informant's father-in-law, the third petitioner, mother-in-law and the fourth petitioner is the informant's husband's maternal uncle. 4. When this matter came up before th
