The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 185 of 2025, under Section 8/20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act and Sections 318(4), 336(2), 336(3), 340(2) of B.N.S., registered at Police Station Meerapur, District Muzaffarnagar, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. It is further submitted that co-accused Yogendra Kumar has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 26.03.2026 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail
