Heard Shri Imtyaz Ahmad, learned counsel for the applicant, and Shri Uma Shankar Mishra, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 3. The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.484 of 2025, under Sections 3/5/8 of the U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, registered at Police Station Khutar, District Shahjahanpur, during pendency of the trial. 4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. It is further submitted that co-accused Chote, Bhure Khan and Zafar have already been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order
