Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. This is first bail application filed on behalf of the applicant who is involved in Case Crime No. 707 of 2024, under Section 309(4), 317(2), 345(3), 61(2) BNS, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Ayodhya. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is a resident of Bihar and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the applicant is not named in the FIR. No test identification parade has been conducted. It is submitted that the alleged motorcycle said to have been used in the incident had already been recovered and released and information regarding the same was given to the complainant on 27.12.2024. It is further submitted that the same motorcycle which is alleged to have been recovered at a later date
