In pursuance of the order dated 25.03.2026, Sri Vimal Kishore Mishra, ACP, Colonelganj, appears before this Court in place of I.O. of this case, who is on leave today and accepted this fact that I.O. of this case has not obtained the CDR report regarding mobile phone of the present applicant. 4.
