The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicants on bail in Case Crime No.110 of 2025, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of UP Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station Syed Raza, District Chandauli, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, applicant was not named in the FIR and during investigation through the statement of co-accused recorded before the police he has been made accused in the present matter. 4.
