The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 625 of 2025, under Sections 8/20 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station Ali Nagar, District Chandauli during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, applicant is innocent and on the basis of false allegation he has been made accused in the present matter. He further submits, even as per allegation from the possession of applicant 09.690 Kgs. Ganja was recovered which is not the commercial quantity, therefore, provisions of Section 37 of N.D.P.S.
