The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No.350 of 2022, under Sections 302, 201 I.P.C., Police Station Mariyahun, District Jaunpur. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in the present case.
