At the very outset learned counsel for the applicant submits that however, on 27.1.2026 Coordinate Bench of this Court adjourned the matter as applicant sought time to settle the score from the informant but in spite of best efforts of the applicant, dispute could not be settled and, therefore, instant bail application may be heard and disposed of on merit. 2. Heard Sri Kamlesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rakesh Kumar, learned counsel for the informant and Sri Vijay Bahadur Maruya, learned AGA, for the State. 3. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.384 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3) and 340(2) BNS, Police Station Sikandrarao, District Hathras during pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that however, as per alleg
