At the very outset learned counsel for the applicant submits that however, on 27.1.2026 Coordinate Bench of this Court adjourned the matter as applicant sought time to settle the score from the informant but in spite of best efforts of the applicant, dispute could not be settled and, therefore, instant bail application may be heard and disposed of on merit. 2. Heard Sri Kamlesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rakesh Kumar, learned counsel for the informant and Sri Vijay Bahadur Maruya, learned AGA, for the State. 3.
