The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.933 of 2025, under Sections- 103(1), 238(b), 61(2)(a) of BNS, Police Station-Deoband, District- Saharanpur, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the FIR has been lodged against the applicant merely on the basis of apprehension and doubt on the ground that the applicant was having doubt over the illicit relationship between the deceased and his wife Kajal.
