The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.490 of 2025, under Sections 5(g)/6 of POCSO Act and Section 67-A of I.T. Act, registered at Police Station Modinagar, District Ghaziabad, during pendency of the trial. 4.
