Heard Sri Kamal Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is the truck driver and as per the allegation of the prosecution one Dheerendra Singh was intercepted by the STF who has disclosed the information that minor minerals were being transported without proper authorization with the connivance of the officers and traders as well as transport owners. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that truck which the applicant was driving was intercepted and minor minerals were found without any authorization. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that applicant is the truck driver and is not directly involved
