Heard Sri G.S. Chauhan, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rajesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for informant and Sri Vijay Kumar, learned AGA-I for the State. 2. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 272 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 85, 80(2) BNS and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Azim Nagar, District Rampur during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, applicant is Devar of the deceased and on the basis of false allegation he has been made accused in the present matter. 4. He further submits, however post mortem report suggests that hyoid bone of the deceased was found fractured but as per autopsy surgeon deceased died due to hanging, therefore, it appears to be a case of suicidal death. He further submits, even in the case of suicide hyoid bone can be fractured. H
