The present bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 15 of 2026, under Sections 70(1), 352 BNS, Police Station Manda, District Prayagraj during the pendency of trial. 4. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to certain other dispute between the parties. The incident is alleged to have occurred on 08.01.2026, whereas the first information report was lodged on 20.01.2026.
