This is the second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant seeking bail in Case Crime No. 195 of 2024, under Section 103(1) of BNS, Police Station- Amanpur, District - Kasganj, during the pendency of trial. 4. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 20.11.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 23214 of 2025. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has not put forward any new ground for bail except the period of incarceration as he is in jail since 16.08.2024.
