The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 708 of 2025, under Sections 112 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, and Section 11 (7), 13 (5) U.P. Public Exam (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024 and Section 66-D of I.T. Act, Police Station Iglas, District Aligarh, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he has been languishing in jail since 4.11.2025. It is further submitted that no question paper or solved paper has been recovered from the possession of the applicant. It
