Heard Sri Atul Tej Kulshrestha, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Anand Pratap Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 618 of 2025, under Sections- 103(1), 3(5) of B.N.S., Police Station- Loni Border, District- Ghaziabad, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant was not named in the FIR. Subsequently, in the statement of the first informant, a specific allegation of causing firearm injury to the deceased, which resulted in his death, has been made against the co-accused, Prashant Sharma @ Shahrukh Kali, and the firearm has also been recovered from the said co-accused.
