The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 852 of 2025, under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Antisocial Activities (Prevention) Act, registered at P.S. Lisarigate District Meerut, during pendency of the trial. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to make correction in the supplementary affidavit already filed. 4. Prayer aforesaid is allowed.
