The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No.349 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 351(2), 352, 109, 103(1), 131, 117(2), 3(5) BNS, Police Station-Chata, District-Mathura. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submitted that in the FIR, general allegation has been made against the all the accused persons including the applicant for causing injuries to the injured Padam Singh, which resulted into his death due to firearm injur
